Our Programs
Turning Hope Into Action
Our programs are designed to provide compassionate support, meaningful resources, education, and encouragement to individuals and families affected by breast cancer. Through care initiatives, survivor support, community outreach, and partnerships, we put our mission into action and help ensure that no one feels alone on their journey.
Community Outreach & Partnerships
Through community partnerships, the Lillian Key Lewis Foundation works alongside organizations and businesses that share our commitment to breast cancer awareness, survivor support, and community engagement.
One of these partnerships is the 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show, presented by Duval Sistas 360 in partnership with the Lillian Key Lewis Foundation. This special event brings together survivors, supporters, models, designers, businesses, and community members for an inspiring evening centered on strength, awareness, hope, and honoring those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.
The 2026 event will take place Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida.

Hope in Action: Patient & Survivor Support
Hope in Action reflects the heart of our mission—providing compassionate care, encouragement, and meaningful support to individuals affected by breast cancer.
Through care bags, comfort and support items, survivor recognition, community outreach, and other initiatives, we strive to remind patients and survivors that they are seen, supported, and surrounded by a community that cares.

Educational Campaigns on Early Detection
Knowledge can empower individuals to take an active role in their health. Through community outreach and educational resources, we help raise awareness about breast cancer, screenings, mammograms, early detection, and resources available to individuals and families.
As the Foundation grows, we are committed to expanding our educational outreach and creating more opportunities to connect our community with trusted breast cancer information and resources.

Investing in Our Mission
The Lillian Key Lewis Foundation is honored to be a 2026 recipient of the A.L. Lewis Black Opportunity & Impact Fund Grant.
This $2,000 grant represents an important milestone for our growing Foundation and supports our efforts to provide meaningful outreach, resources, and compassionate support within the Jacksonville community.
We are grateful for this investment in our mission and the opportunity to continue turning hope into action.
