✅ Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

✅ Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color (for apparel items), exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs.

✅ Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Pens, mugs, and bottles that have been used.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Donations made through the site (all donations are final).

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lklf.org within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

❌ Lost or Damaged Packages

• The Foundation is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
