✅ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
✅ Exchanges
If you need a different size or color (for apparel items), exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs.
✅ Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
